Financial Aid

Hi, I'm Josh and I've been attending Gordon for the last two years. My first year as an education major had me in the classroom, alongside a middle school teacher interacting with middle school students. The teacher even let me teach a handful of classes, giving me great experience my first year of college. This year I'm in the classroom again with more responsibilities and I'm loving it. I'm getting great experience in the real world before graduation which will really help me as I interview for jobs.

You can't put a price tag on this kind of experience. My professors will drop everything if I stop by their office with a question, whether its school-related or faith-related. I'm making some great friends and I love the guys on my floor. We just won the 5 on 5 basketball tournament and were undefeated. I'm also involved in a small group that has been studying the book of John and my eyes are being opened up to the miracles Jesus performed while he lived on earth and how those miracles can directly apply to me today.

While Gordon's price initially scared me, once we worked with Student Financial Services, they made the overall cost incredibly affordable. It wouldn't matter how much it cost though--studying at Gordon is a worthwhile investment. Gordon is trying to graduate people of God for the work of God. I know God has called me to educate future generations and I know Gordon is preparing me for a lifetime of that.

Just last year, over $13 million was awarded to Gordon students through Gordon’s need-based and merit-based financial aid programs. And over 90% of students received some kind of financial assistance. This is great news and reflects Gordon’s continued commitment to helping students fund their education.

If financial assistance is something you need, contact Student Financial Services. They want to work with you to make your Gordon education affordable and worth it.
